How do I join the CFA Society of Japan (CFAJ)? If you meet the membership requirements for regular or affiliate members, you may call or e-mail us for an application. Completed applications will be reviewed by the CFAJ and the CFA Institute for approval.   Must I join the CFAJ to start the CFA® Program? No. CFAJ regular membership requires that you have passed the CFA Level 1 exam and have three years' work experience in the industry.
